I bought this stool for doing my wheels as I struggle to bend down because of a leg injury (bad motorbike crash) it's definitely a big help, casters are solid and moves easily, height adjustable too. When you need something that can bear a lot of weight and still give great comfort, the 400-pound limit and cushioned seat make this a perfect choice. Done a few cars over the past week and having dodgy knee's as it is I thought I could get some kind of seat with castors. We also have a variety of tapes from the very popular 3M to help you mask off areas during the polishing process.
