Really stronf sea flavour which I love because I was always a fan of sea food and this now does the treat plus it comes full of micronutrients. We love dulse because it doesn't need soaking, for its sweet and tender flavour, and because it is purple. I make a sprinkle with it along with nutritional yeast, ground Brazil nuts (for selenium), ground flax (for O3), toasted wheat germs (for a whole lot of vitamins and minerals) that I had to salads. The seaweed is picked and processed within 24 hours to lock in flavour, ensure quality and secure maximum nutritional benefits. Most of the company’s algae are harvested on the southern coast of Galicia, in the area classified by the European Union as part of the Natura 2000 network, very close to the Atlantic Islands Natural Reserve.
