I have used it 3 times on a weekly basis and there has been a noticeable improvement - happily I have been able to wash my hair less.

This is the perfect amount I use it twice a month then deep condition with shea moisture manuka honey with heat and my hair is strengthened and moisturised from the inside out.

I bleached my hair about nine months ago and it's been so dry and damaged, only now feeling healthier after using this product.
